Since 1992 we have been specializing in the niche market of Japanese/German Intercultural Business Support Programs (Intercultural trainings for relocation to Germany, Intercultural Trainings between Japan/Germany and Intercultural business support between Japan/Germany).

Since customer needs differ from company to company, programs are tailored according to these needs in advance. Each time, we ask our customers to take a survey beforehand so we can meet their needs as closely as possible.

We collect feedback from attendees after trainings and use it to habitually improve and evolve our programs.

 Programs are not limited to regular intercultural trainings –trainings in the fields of intercultural business and intercultural communication are also offered.
